Personal and team workspace
Your account always has a personal workspace. In a team workspace you share projects, orders, delivery addresses and billing profiles with the members of the team. Switch between them with the workspace selector in the panel. One account can belong to several teams; creating a new team keeps your existing memberships.
The four roles
Ekip sahibi (owner) is the account that created the team. Yönetici (admin) orders and manages the orders of team projects, invites people and manages members. Üye (member) edits the team's projects and can move their own personal projects into the team. Görüntüleyici (viewer) opens the team's projects without changing anything. Only the owner gives the Yönetici role and only the owner can delete the team. There are no other roles.
Invitations
The owner or a Yönetici invites people by e-mail. An invitation is valid for 7 days; you can send it again or withdraw it, and the invited person accepts or declines it. Each address can have one open invitation per team. There is no limit on open invitations. If invitations are sent at an unusual speed, they are slowed down and Uretyco staff are informed; they are not refused for that.
Projects, addresses and billing
A member who created a team project can take it back to their personal workspace. The team keeps its own delivery addresses and billing profiles, separate from your personal ones; you can copy them from your personal settings.
UretyInsight in a team workspace
UretyInsight can prepare team actions for you as approval cards. Actions that send an e-mail or change access, such as an invitation, a role change, removing a member, moving projects, taking a project back or deleting the team, are applied only when you confirm them with the card's button, never from a chat message. The assistant follows the same roles as the team page: if your role does not allow an action, it is refused. To switch the workspace, the assistant shows a link that you click.
